Mental Health Apps
Some of the apps below can be used on your own, to help you build routines around the use of new coping skills. Others are intended only to be used when you are engaged in treatment with a trained professional. These apps can take the place of other therapy tools, like physical patient workbooks or paper worksheets. However, if you prefer to complete therapy assignments using paper worksheets, your psychologist can provide you with those instead. Although several apps were developed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, they can be used by veterans and civilians alike. All the apps below are free to download and use. If you search for other mental health apps be aware of the fees they charge and how they might use your personal data.
